Super loaded with spike protein post-vaccination after infection, patients suffer more severe Long Covid symptoms
Dr. Peter McCullough, Chief Science Officer of The Wellness Company, has witnessed some disturbing trends in his clinical practice.
In his Substack, Courageous Discourse, Dr. McCullough outlines how the COVID-19 vaccination adds even more spike protein- that does not degrade (compared to infection) and how those suffering from Long Covid exhibit even more severe symptoms.
Dr. McCullough has witnessed Long Covid patients who have been previously infected with COVID-19 before receiving Pfizer or Moderna mRNA injections exhibit higher total anti-Spike antibody levels- unmeasurably high >25,000 AU/ml- higher than the machine can measure.
Long COVID (LC) develops in over 10% of individuals after a SARS-CoV-2 infection. A wide range of debilitating neurological symptoms affect people with LC. Women are more likely than men to develop LC. One alarming fact is that nearly 30% of patients with autoimmune disease report Long COVID after infection.(1)
The higher the Spike antibody concentration, the greater the degree of autoimmunity induced in the body
Antibodies naturally go up after infection as the body fights SARS-COV-2, however, vaccination AFTER infection gives a huge rise in anti-spike antibodies.

Three vaccine doses induced higher and more durable anti-spike IgG and IgA levels compared to two doses. If the patient had prior COVID-19 infection (and had subsequently been vaccinated), this led to the highest antibody peak and slowest antibody decay rate. The result is a greater degree of autoimmune symptoms. (3)
There are no enzymes produced by the body that can completely degrade the Spike protein. Orally administered nattokinase, bromelain, and possibly serrapeptase (a proteolytic enzyme) have been found to completely degrade the Spike protein. The McCullough protocol has been proven effective in degrading Spike protein.
