Knowing I’m very responsive to medicine & I drink alot of morning coffee, I took 1 pill daily for 2 days & felt a happy lift. Next three days I took the recommended 2 pills daily, that really lifted my mood & energy level. But after 5 days I felt a little frazzled, trouble falling asleep so decided to back off to 1 pill daily. I still have more energy & a gentle lifted spirit w/ 1 dose! I’m content again & feel 10 yrs younger.
Two days after 1 pill regime I walked 5.2 miles w/ friend, biked 20 miles, took my dog on 2 walks instead of usual 1, mowed & trimmed the lawn & took my car for repairs out of town! And of course I slept like a baby & woke up ready to roll.
