Wholesale purchasers should operate independent pharmacies, medical clinics, physical in-store health markets, non-profits, or other similar approved entities. (TWC will approve your business!)

** Please note, Wholesale purchasers may
not resale any TWC product or service on any marketplace ecommerce sites (such as Amazon,, etc.) Feel free to market our products on your own website!


We have low minimums to begin your Wholesale Wellness Partner journey!

You may order:

  • At least 6 bottles per product, with
  • A 12-bottle total minimum order

  • Wholesale pricing, along with discounts for larger orders & payment terms will be provided when you fill out the inquiry form below.

Wholesale Terms and Conditions

1. Qualifications for Wholesale Purchasers 

Wholesale purchasers must be valid independent pharmacies, medical clinics, physical in-store health markets, non-profits, or other similar approved entities at the sole discretion of
the TWC Leadership Team.

Wholesale purchasers may not resale any TWC product or service on other corporate/online websites or platforms (ex: Amazon, nutraceutical business website). Wellness Affiliate Partners may display their unique, individual TWC-generated links and QR codes on their website.  


2. Wholesale Pricing and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) 

Wholesale purchasers must meet the following requirements to place a wholesale order:

  • - At least 6 bottles of per SKU, and
  • - 24 bottles total.
  • Wholesale pricing will be shared for each product once the request form above is completed and your status as a qualified wholesale purchaser is verified (see section 1).

Additional wholesale discounts are accessible for orders totalling over $10,000 and $25,000, respectively, prior to the wholesale discount being applied.


3. Payment Terms

Wholesale purchasers must pay the full invoice amount before the wholesale order is processed and shipped.  

Method of payments accepted include credit/debit card or bank wire. 

No methods of financing are availalbe at this time.  

Any tax exemption forms must be submitted to TWC Wholesale Team for approval before placing an order.   


4. Minimum Retail Prices

Wholesalers may set their own prices for The Wellness Company's products, We recommend pricing no lower than The Wellness Company's Non-Member prices minus 10%.


5. Return and Exchange Policies 

Refunds and returns are not allowed for wholesale purchases, unless the product arrives damaged.

Damaged shipments or order discrepancies must be reported to TWC Wholesale ( within 48 hours of receiving shipment. If no report is made after 48 hours, the product will be deemed accepted by the wholesale customer.

Damaged orders and order discrepancies will be replaced and/or exchanged within 7 days from date reported.  


6. Shipping

Wholesale orders include Free Shipping to all USA-based delivery addresses.


TWC is not currently set up to accommodate shipping of International Wholesale orders: for any International transactions, a USA-based ship-to address must be provided & customs clearing, taxes & duties, shipping outside of the USA (as well as product compliance) will fall solely on the customer.


7. Ordering Process 

Wholesale purchasers will be directed to fill out the TWC Wholesale Inquiry Form. The TWC Wholesale Team will follow up with interested wholesale customers to validate their business as a qualified wholesale customer, discuss marketing and product education, and draw up an invoice to complete the order.
