Do you accept insurance or Medicare?

We do not accept insurance or Medicare. This allows us to practice medicine freely without the additional costs and requirements of third party payors.

Do you prescribe controlled substances?

We do not prescribe or dispense controlled substances, in line with our service guidelines.

Can you send a prescription to my pharmacy?

Yes, we can send prescriptions directly to your local pharmacy!

Can you prescribe lab diagnostics?

While we do not order labs, you can upload your existing lab results for review by our providers.

Do you have physical locations?

Not yet! We are focused on providing exceptional care virtually, but hope to have physical options soon.

Do you sell medications and, if so, what is the cost?

We do not sell medication. You are buying a consultation with a medical provider, who will determine your suitability for a given prescription. Payment for that prescription is arranged between you and the dispensing pharmacy. Your personal health insurance may cover some of the prescription cost.

Do you refer to specialists (e.g., cardiology, oncology)?

No, we do not provide referrals to specialists.

Do you offer vaccine exemptions?

No, we do not provide vaccine exemptions since the mandates ended.

Do you treat cancer or other chronic illnesses?

No, we do not treat cancer ro other serious illness that require extensive labs, imaging, operations, or other in-person heathcare services.

Can you replace my primary doctor?

No, we do not serve as a replacement for your primary care physician.

Can you issue emergency prescription refills?

Yes, we can issue emergency prescription refills.


Cancellations and No-Show Appointments: If you booked an appointment through The Wellness Company, you will have twenty-four (24) hours before the appointment to cancel. Cancellations less than twenty-four (24) hours before the appointments or appointment no-shows will result in a fee of $30.00. Please contact support@twc.health to reschedule or if you are unable to connect with your provider

Refunds: Virtual Health consultation treatments, recommendations, prescriptions and outcomes are at the sole discretion of the medical professional treating you. No refunds will be given because you do not agree with the decisions of the provider nor are refunds given if you are pursuing services which are not a defined TWC consult type. Medical vaccine exemption outcomes are at the sole discretion of the medical professional treating you. Medical exemptions must be medically necessary and will not be refunded if there is no justifiable medical reason for the provider to write an exemption. You are paying for the provider’s time to assess your medical needs and make the best determination for your health in their professional judgement.

Consultation costs do not include prescription prices; your chosen pharmacy will invoice you for any medications and these may be covered by your insurance. Virtual care services are available in the USA only.
