Hormones don’t operate independently. Your provider may recommend a combination of Estrogen, Progesterone, and/or Testosterone and adjust your treatment over time.

How To Use The Hormone Test
Each test includes an at-home blood collection devices and the materials needed to package and return your sample.
Be sure to read the application instructions included with your kit.
Before Collection
Plan to collect and ship your samples the same day, Monday-Thursday only, to ensure timely arrival to the lab.
- Verify your kit information is correct
- Hydrate well and warm your upper arms to encourage blood flow.
- Complete the collection in one sitting first thing in the morning on an empty stomach
- Wash your hands and clean the collection site
Collect Your Sample
- Apply the blood collection device to your upper arm
- Press the activation button once until you hear a click to begin collection
- Allow the collection tube to fill (typically about 5 minutes)
- Remove the device and securely cap the sample tube
- Apply a bandage to the collection sites if needed
Return Your Sample
- Label the provided card with your name, date of birth, and the date & time of collection of your sample.
- Return the sample using the included shipping materials and instructions. Drop off at Fedex Monday-Thursday.
Note: Samples that do not contain the required amount of blood or are not packaged correctly may not be suitable for analysis.
Before You Buy
Hormone therapy is not appropriate for everyone. A licensed healthcare provider will review your medical history, current medications, symptoms, fertility plans, and lab results before prescribing. If you are not eligible for treatment, you will be issued a refund for the cost of the medications. A full refund will not be issued if lab test and consultation have been completed.
WARNING: Do not use if you have a known allergy or hypersensitivity to hormone therapy ingredients (including progesterone, estradiol, estriol, or testosterone), adhesive materials, or any other component of these formulations.
Do not use if you have a history of: liver disease or liver dysfunction; active or past blood clots (DVT/PE), stroke, or heart attack; known or suspected breast cancer, estrogen-dependent cancer, or other hormone-sensitive cancer; or undiagnosed abnormal vaginal bleeding. Hormone therapy is generally contraindicated in pregnancy — testosterone and estrogen products in particular may cause virilization or other harm to a developing fetus. Consult your medical provider if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, or if you have any of the conditions above.
These products may interact with other medications — including CYP3A4 inhibitors/inducers (e.g., ketoconazole) and oral anticoagulants — which can raise or lower hormone levels or increase bleeding risk. Significant drug interactions exist and may require dose adjustment, altered frequency, or avoidance. Talk to your medical provider about how this product may interact with other medications you are taking.
Individual product labeling may include additional contraindications or interactions specific to that hormone and formulation. Refer to the full label for the specific product prescribed.

01 Before Collection
- Confirm that the identifying information on your kit is correct.
- Plan to collect and ship your samples the same day, Monday-Thursday only, to ensure timely arrival to the lab.
- Complete the collection in one sitting first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
- Hydrate before collecting your sample.
- Warm your upper arm to encourage blood flow.
- Wash and dry your hands.
- Clean and dry the collection area according to the supplied instructions.
02 Collect Your Samples
- Remove the device and collection materials from the packaging.
- Attach the collection tube to the device as directed.
- Place the device firmly against the recommended area of your warm upper arm after cleaning the area.
- Press the activation button once until you hear a click.
- Allow the collection tube to fill to the indicated level, which should take about 5 minutes.
- Remove the device when the collection is complete.
- Secure the collection tube with the cap according to the supplied instructions.
03 Return Your Samples
- Label the provided card with your name, date of birth, and the date & time of collection of your sample.
- Return the sample using the included shipping materials and instructions. Drop off at Fedex Monday-Thursday.

Based on your lab results and symptoms, your provider may prescribe up to three hormone therapies. This could include an Estrogen, Progesterone, and/or Testosterone option when clinically appropriate.
How long does it take to start working?
Everyone is different, so there is no set time that you will start seeing changes. Be patient and give the treatment(s) time to start working. You may see an improvement in symptoms before you see changes to your lab results.
Is this only for women who have completed menopause?
No. The program may be appropriate for women experiencing symptoms during perimenopause, menopause, or postmenopause. Eligibility and treatment decisions are made by a licensed provider.
Will my hormones be tested again?
Yes, you will receive a new blood collection test every 3 months to support your treatment plan decisions between you and your provider.
Does enrolling guarantee that I will receive medication?
No. Prescription treatment is provided only when a licensed healthcare provider determines that it is medically appropriate after reviewing your clinical information.
What happens if a provider determines treatment is not appropriate for me?
Payment does not guarantee a prescription. You will not receive medication that a provider determines is inappropriate or unsafe. The final partial-refund or credit policy will be shown in the program terms before purchase.
