More Than One Hormone May Be Needed
Hormones don’t always operate independently. Your provider may recommend a combination of Enclomiphene and Testosterone.

Ongoing care is built in. Every 3 months you'll get follow-up testing and a provider check-in to track your progress and adjust your plan as your needs change.
How To Use The Hormone Test
Each test includes an at-home blood collection devices and the materials needed to package and return your sample.

Before Collection
Plan to collect and ship your samples the same day, Monday-Thursday only, to ensure timely arrival to the lab.
- Verify your kit information is correct
- Hydrate well and warm your upper arms to encourage blood flow.
- Complete the collection in one sitting first thing in the morning on an empty stomach
- Wash your hands and clean the collection site
Collect Your Sample
- Apply the blood collection device to your upper arm
- Press the activation button once until you hear a click to begin collection
- Allow the collection tube to fill (typically about 5 minutes)
- Remove the device and securely cap the sample tube
- Apply a bandage to the collection sites if needed
Return Your Sample
- Label the provided card with your name, date of birth, and the date & time of collection of your sample.
- Return the sample using the included shipping materials and instructions. Drop off at Fedex Monday-Thursday.
Note: Samples that do not contain the required amount of blood or are not packaged correctly may not be suitable for analysis.
Before You Buy
Hormone therapy is not appropriate for everyone. A licensed healthcare provider will review your medical history, current medications, symptoms, fertility plans, and lab results before prescribing. If you are not eligible for treatment, you will be issued a refund for the cost of the medications. A full refund will not be issued if lab test and consultation have been completed.
WARNING: Do not use if you have a known allergy or hypersensitivity to testosterone cypionate, enclomiphene, clomiphene-class medications, DHEA, zinc, or any other component of these formulations.
Do not use if you have a history of: known or suspected breast or prostate cancer, or other hormone-sensitive cancer; liver, kidney, or serious cardiac disease; uncontrolled heart failure; severe untreated sleep apnea; blood clots or clotting disorders; or visual disturbances from prior SERM use. Testosterone therapy can suppress natural sperm production and fertility — talk to your provider before use if you are trying to conceive with a partner. These medications are intended for male patients; consult your medical provider before use if you are transgender or intersex, as hormonal effects may differ from those described here.
Do not combine with other hormone therapies (including testosterone or anabolic steroids) or oral anticoagulants without medical guidance — combining them may counteract the intended effect, increase bleeding risk, or require dose adjustment. Significant drug interactions exist and may require adjustments in dose or frequency or avoidance altogether. Talk to your medical provider for more details about how this medicine might interact with other products you are taking.

01 Before Collection

02 Collect Your Samples
- Remove the device and collection materials from the packaging.
- Attach the collection tube to the device as directed.
- Place the device firmly against the recommended area of your warm upper arm after cleaning the area.
- Press the activation button once until you hear a click.
- Allow the collection tube to fill to the indicated level, which should take about 5 minutes.
- Remove the device when the collection is complete.
- Secure the collection tube with the cap according to the supplied instructions.

What medications may be prescribed?
Expected options include an Enclomiphene 25 mg + DHEA 50 mg + Zinc 3 mg compounded tablet and Testosterone Cypionate injections. Your provider may prescribe one option or a combination, based on clinical need.
What is the difference between Enclomiphene and Testosterone replacement?
Enclomiphene is intended to support hormonal signaling involved in the body’s own testosterone production. Testosterone injections provide testosterone directly. The appropriate path depends on your labs, symptoms, medical history, fertility goals, and provider assessment.
Can treatment affect fertility?
Yes. Exogenous testosterone can suppress sperm production. Tell your provider if you are trying to conceive or may want children in the future. A provider may discuss an approach focused on supporting endogenous testosterone production when appropriate, but no treatment guarantees preserved fertility.
Will I automatically receive testosterone?
No. Enrollment and payment do not guarantee a prescription. A licensed provider determines whether treatment is appropriate and which medication, if any, should be prescribed.
Are testosterone injections available?
Injectable testosterone is included in the planned medication lineup. Final delivery format, pharmacy source, state availability, and controlled-substance workflow are still being confirmed.
How often will I need follow-up labs?
You will receive a new blood collection test every 3 months to support your treatment plan decisions with your provider.
Can I use recent lab results from another provider?
The program may allow recent outside laboratory results if they include the required markers and fall within the accepted time window. Final eligibility, pricing adjustments, and documentation requirements must be confirmed before launch.
What happens if a provider determines treatment is not appropriate for me?
You will not receive medication that a provider determines is inappropriate or unsafe. If you do not qualify for hormone therapy, you will be issued a refund for the cost of the medications. A full refund will not be issued if lab test and consultation have been completed.
Are the medications FDA-approved?
Some testosterone products may be commercially available and FDA-approved, while the planned enclomiphene combination and testosterone cream are compounded. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed.
What side effects can occur?
Side effects vary by medication and may include acne or oily skin, mood or sleep changes, sweating, fluid retention, skin irritation, breast tenderness, headaches, or changes in blood counts. Testosterone may reduce sperm production. Your provider will review medication-specific risks, warning signs, and alternatives before prescribing.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Final cancellation, minimum-commitment, billing, and refund terms are still being finalized and will be displayed clearly before enrollment.
