The Sleeping Giant is Awakening

The Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) grassroots movement is gaining traction

Two good things came from the pandemic: The first is people started washing their hands more often. The second is it woke the sleeping giant- The fine people of our nation.

People started questioning everything- from the forced mask-wearing, social distancing, vaccine safety, chemicals in our food, and the quality of our water supply.

Question everything, especially the narrative

A recent poll revealed that before the pandemic people placed their trust in the medical system. Life was on autopilot. You went to your care provider and trusted what they did or said without questioning treatments, procedures, and prescription drugs.

In our post-pandemic era, many have seen the consequences of a vaccine gone wrong, with themselves, family members, friends, or coworkers experiencing myocarditis, blood clots, autoimmune disease, and even accelerated cancers (turbo cancer).

During the pandemic there were a few champions who stood up for our health, risking and in some instances losing their livelihoods, gaslit, intimidated, threatened, and censored.

One of the most famous public figures who questioned the safety of the vaccine rollout under the guise of emergency use authorization during the pandemic was Dr. Peter McCullough. His unwavering focus and leadership by putting people first has consistently stood as an example for the healthcare community.

He is a practicing cardiologist, running a private practice in Texas, is the Chief Science Officer at The Wellness Company, and developed the McCullough Protocol Base Spike Detox Trio which has help thousands suffering both long covid and vaccine injury. He also posts on Substack under Courageous Discourse where he has his interviews, papers, and research posted.

Leading the cause in the food industry

Vani Hari, AKA The Food Babe, a self-taught healthy food activist, has spent the past decade stepping into the limelight and leading the change for real, wholesome, healthy food. Food that is not adulterated and free of chemicals and dyes that are illegal in other countries. Her own inspiring story can be found on her website

She now leads the Food Babe Army educating and inspiring others to advocate for foods free of harmful ingredients. She recently testified at a Senate roundtable presenting the truth about the food industry to senators and congressional leadership. She was joined by activists, doctors, and health leaders, namely Robert F. Kennedy Jr, Max Lugavere and others.

Her current project is a petition demanding Kellogg’s to remove artificial food dyes and BHT from their cereals.

The petition was delivered October15th, with over 400,000 signatures, far exceeding the goal of 100,000 signatures. Kellogg’s refused to meet with Vani to discuss the removal of harmful chemicals in their cereals. She continues her work through her blog and education which can be found on her website.

Max Lugavre testified during a recent senate hearing to end the corporate capture of our regulatory bodies and academic institutions by the food and pharmaceutical industries.

Max is a best-selling author, food advocate, and podcaster. He has a special interest in food and brain health. His recently released documentary, Little Empty Boxes, is about his journey with his mother as she battles a mysterious form of dementia.  You can find out more about Max at his website.

What can you do? Be the ant

In the movie “Bugs Life” the grasshoppers realize

"You let one ant stand up to us, then they all might figure it out... there are a hundred to one of those puny little ants and if they ever figure that out, there goes our way of life!"

In other words, united we stand, divided we fall

Be sure to vote this election cycle. Your vote does count.
