You can easily switch box size or type. Just log into your account, go to your subscription settings (under your account information), and choose the new box you want. You won't lose your spot in line, and there's no need to cancel or start over.
Easily skip or reschedule a shipment anytime, right from your account as well. Just select skip or choose a new delivery day from the calendar icon in your subscription settings.
If you'd like to change how often you get your box (for example, from every 30 days to every 90 days), just reach out to our Customer Service team - they'll take care of it for you.
