Since joining The Wellness Company, Caroline has led the development of science-backed products and streamlined processes that enhance efficiency, compliance, and consistency—supporting the organization’s mission of delivering preventative, proactive, and personalized wellness solutions. Outside of work, you can find her soaking up the sunshine and spending quality time with family.

Tonette leads The Wellness Company’s partnerships division, driving sales through social media, podcasts, and TV. Throughout her career, brand strategy and optimization have impacted over $500M of revenue growth across startups, rebrands, and acquisitions. At TWC, her team generates 40% of annual sales by seamlessly integrating our products into content creation.
