As a dietary supplement, adults mix one packet (8.8g) into 8 fl. oz. of water or beverage of choice. It is recommended to use warm water for a yummy adaptogen mushroom rich Hot Cocoa any time of day!
Softgels:
As a dietary supplement, adults take 3 softgels preferably with a meal or as directed by healthcare professional.
