This combo of ingredients works well for me. My doctor prescribed some anxiety meds, but I'm so afraid of addiction I hesitate to take them. Then I found Mindlift... I recently ran out and have been off it for a few days and I can feel the difference in my mood and mental clarity- I will be reordering!

I am quite impressed with the effectiveness of this product. I didn't go in thinking it would do a whole lot, but have seen much change in mood and general feelings of wellbeing. It’s a value considering all the supplements are combined in one capsule. I had taken ashwagandha before along with L-Theanine but I’m guessing this is in a better dosage formulation, and has the added benefit with the other supplements.
It’s truly amazing.

For decades I have been trying different things, from prescription drugs to supplement cocktails.
