Our dark roast coffee features a smooth, rich cocoa flavor with a velvety finish, perfect for any brewing method, from drip to French press and cold brew. 

In the Caranavi Region of Bolivia, small independent coffee farms produce some of the world's most delicious and unique coffees. The high elevation and wide daily temperature fluctuations allow coffee cherries to mature slowly, enhancing their sweetness and complexity.  

Grown organically in rich mountain soil, our coffee is pure, free of pesticides and chemical fertilizers and is rigorously tested for contaminants.  

Every bean is hand-picked at peak ripeness, a process that takes 3-4 months and involves the entire community. Drying the cherries for 2-4 weeks adds depth to the flavor. After being depulped, hulled, and inspected, the beans are shipped to our Miami roaster, ensuring our signature farm-to-cup fresh taste.
