FireFighter Mike

Eligibility

• Limit of one (1) entry per Person per. 
• Open exclusively to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. 
• Entrants must have an active U.S. passport valid for at least six months before the scheduled trip departure date. 

Prize Details & Trip Booking

• The selected winner will travel with Firefighter Mike to the Caribbean. 
• Firefighter Mike will be the primary point of contact for all booking arrangements. 
• A TWC Medical Emergency Kit will be comped to winner at the time of winner announcement email via. An order product code will be provided.  
• Trip must be booked by winner within ninety (90) days of notification and completed within six (6) months of booking. 
• Winner is responsible for bringing all personal necessities required for day-to-day activities (e.g. medications, clothing, toiletries, etc.) 
• Health insurance for travel and all related costs, as well as any medical expenses before, during, or after travel, are solely the winner’s responsibility.

Winner Selection and Conditions

• Winner will be chosen by giveaway organizers and must respond within ten (10) days or will forfeit the prize; alternate winners may be chosen as necessary. 
• Winner must agree to a physician evaluation by a licensed doctor designated by TWC before travel; failure to pass such evaluation will result in forfeiture of prize. 
• Winner must sign liability waivers and content releases granting full rights to TWC and Mike Sember to use trip-related content (including photos, videos, recordings, etc.) in any form and for any purpose, without limitation or further compensation. 
• Winner must place an order for their free Medical Emergency Kit within one (1) month of the giveaway launch date.  
• Winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility (age, residency, ID), sign affidavits/releases, and provide SSN or tax info for prizes over $600 (IRS requirement).  

Guest Policy

• If the winner elects to bring a guest, notification must be provided to Firefighter Mike at time of booking. 
• No costs, coverage, or benefits of any nature for the guest are provided or reimbursed by TWC; guest is responsible for all their expenses. 

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation or rescheduling is permitted only in the case of emergency, subject to review and approval by TWC giveaway organizers; all such determinations are final.  

Liability & Data

• TWC 2022, Inc. (“Sponsor”) is not liable for injury, loss, delays, missed connections, or any unforeseen events during or related to travel or the promotion. 
• By entering, participants consent to be contacted by TWC for notification, marketing and communication purposes.

Prize Value and Registration

• The total value of the prize does not exceed $5,000, and therefore registration and bonding in New York and Florida are not required.

• Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time for any reason and to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Official Rules.
