Desktop Portal Registration Instructions

 

The Wellness Company just made our 24-hour 7-day-a-week service even more convenient.
You can now also meet from your desktop computer through our safe, secure, online portal.

 

TO REGISTER ON THE WELLNESS COMPANY DESKTOP PORTAL :

          1. 1. Begin by going to: care.twc.health and select "CLICK HERE TO START" to register as a first time user.
  1. 2. Register using the same email used on TWC.Health to ensure your Wellness Company account is linked to your virtual care profile. Create your password, retype your password, and select the box to confirm that you agree to The Wellness Company’s terms and conditions and privacy policy. Select "Continue" to proceed to the next step.
  1. 3. Input your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Gender (Biological Sex), and mobile number. Select "Send Verification Code" to receive a One Time Password (OTP) to the mobile number you provided.
  1. 4. Input the six-digit OTP you receive via text to the mobile phone provided in Step 3.
  2. Select "Validate Verification Code".
  1. 5. Select "Register" and then click "OK" to return to the login screen. Your registration process is now complete, but you must log in. After login you will now have access to our treatment packages, book an appointment, pull your medical history, and more!
  1. 6. Log in with your freshly created credentials.
