1. Eligibility:

This contest is open exclusively to 1Wellness members who hold an active 1Wellness Membership as of the contest entry deadline.

Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry and legal residents of United States.

Employees of 1Wellness, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Prize Description:

The winner of this contest will receive:

• A two-night all-expenses-paid stay at Canyon Ranch Tuscon, AZ including:

• Unlimited meals and snacks.

• Round-trip transportation to/from the nearest airport.

• Access to 35+ daily mind-body activities.

• Unlimited use of spa and fitness facilities.

• Fitness, yoga, and meditation classes.

• Access to three pools and two restaurants with outdoor seating.

• Guided hikes and bike rides.

• Use of a meditation garden and labyrinth.

• The stay includes an allowance toward spa services or a curated package of services, tailored to the winner’s preferences.

• Travel costs and arrangements will need to be made by the winner and will be covered up to $1,000 provided in the form of a gift card.

• Funds for booking will be provided via a gift card with a $7,000 limit. The winner will be responsible for booking their own stay using this gift card.

3. How to Enter:

• To enter, participants must be an active 1Wellness member and register for the contest via the official contest entry form available on the 1Wellness website.

• Entries must be submitted online by February 28, 2025. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

4. Winner Selection:

• One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the contest deadline.

• The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 7 days of the contest closing. If the winner does not respond within 1 week, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Prize Redemption:

• The $7,000 Canyon Ranch gift card will be issued to the winner and may only be used to book their stay at the designated wellness resort.

• The winner of our giveaway will be supplied with a $1,000 Expedia gift card to plan their own travel arrangements. Please note, the winner is responsible for managing their bookings and any costs exceeding the $1,000 value of the gift card. The Wellness Company is not responsible for additional expenses beyond this amount.

• Any unused funds on the gift card after the booking are non-transferable and non-refundable.

6. General Terms:

• By entering the contest, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of 1Wellness, which are final and binding.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

• The Wellness Company is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or other issues related to the winner’s booking or stay at the wellness resort.
