Our beef is 100% American, USDA certified, and sourced from pasture-raised cattle that are grass-fed and finished. Unlike most store-bought options, our cuts are dry-aged for exceptional tenderness and flavor – and never include antibiotics, added hormones, or mRNA vaccines. 

Not at all. Your meat ships frozen and is specially packed to keep everything cold for a few hours, until you arrive home. Make sure you put all your cuts in the freezer once you open your box.

Each box is thoughtfully curated to include a variety of premium beef cuts, selected for flavor, balance, and value. While customization isn’t currently available, we focus on providing an exceptional mix of cuts in each box to keep meals exciting. 

Dry aging enhances the beef’s natural tenderness and intensifies its rich, savory flavor by allowing enzymes to break down muscle fibers over time. This process results in a more luxurious, melt-in-your-mouth experience compared to standard beef. 

You can easily switch box size or type. Just log into your account, go to your subscription settings (under your account information), and choose the new box you want. You won't lose your spot in line, and there's no need to cancel or start over.Easily skip or reschedule a shipment anytime, right from your account as well.
