Dr. Jen VanDeWater, PharmD
Throughout my years practicing pharmacy, I noticed patients who were prescribed the most medications experienced a minimal quality of life. This began my exploring a more naturalistic approach to care. My goal has been to guide and assist people on their wellness journey. Through restoring health and naturally initiating mind, body, spirit balance, people can now live in optimal wellness. It is my mission with Freedom from Pharma at The Wellness Company to make this opportunity available for you. I look forward to your wellness success and your freedom from pharma.
Dr. Heather Gessling, MD
Heather Gessling, MD is a proud wife and mom to three beautiful children from Columbia, MO. She graduated from Oklahoma Christian University with a B.S. in Biochemistry and went on to medical school and residency at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Dr. Gessling is Board Certified in Family Medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine. She was Chief of Staff at a hospital in Missouri for six years until the summer of 2021 when she opened up an independent practice.
The pandemic opened her eyes to the corruption of the healthcare industry through governmental, corporate, and pharmaceutical company influences. This has led her to fight for change within the broken system and to fight for the sanctity of the physician-patient relationship. She is now COO of the Chief Medical Board for The Wellness Company.
Dr. Melissa Arai, PharmD
Taking care of patients has always been a number one priority to me. Our current health care system is broken and driven by profits. After working in the community for 10 years and then 10 years inpatient at the bedside, I realized that no matter where I practiced, I could not escape the beast machine which puts profits before patients. I joined The Wellness Company because they shared my views and support my character. If we can care for patients and show them, they truly matter, than maybe there is some hope left for change for the future. Come grow with us and be the change.
