What makes your beef different from what I find at the grocery store? 

Our beef is 100% American, USDA certified, and sourced from pasture-raised cattle that are grass-fed and finished. Our beef is free of mRNA vaccines, antibiotics, and added hormones.
Our cuts are frozen for freshness and free from additives, unlike some grocery store beef, which may contain nitrates or be treated with toxic carbon monoxide to look fresh.

Do I need to be home when my box arrives?

Not at all. Your meat ships frozen and is specially packed to keep everything cold for a few hours, until you arrive home. Make sure you put all your cuts in the freezer once you open your box.

Why is grass-finished better than grain-finished?

Grass-finished beef tends to have a richer nutrient profile, including higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants. Plus, it reflects a more natural diet for the animals, contributing to cleaner flavor and better sustainability.

Can I customize what cuts come in each box?

Each box is thoughtfully curated to include a variety of premium beef cuts, selected for nutrients and flavor. While customization isn’t currently available, we focus on providing an exceptional mix of cuts in each box to keep you nourished and keep meals exciting.

How is dry-aging different from regular beef aging? 

Dry-aging enhances the beef’s natural tenderness and intensifies its rich, savory flavor by allowing enzymes to break down muscle fibers over time. The result is not only exceptional taste, but also a higher density of protein, iron, and other vital nutrients.

How can I adjust my subscription?

Easily skip or reschedule a shipment anytime. Just log into your account, go to your subscription settings (under your account information), and select skip or choose a new delivery day from the calendar icon in your subscription settings. You can also change how often you receive your box, for example, if you'd like to receive your box every 90 days to every 30 days, choose from the dropdown menu in your subscription settings. If you'd like to change the box you are receiving, just reach out to our Customer Service team - they'll take care of it for you.
