I had a knee replacement one year ago. I was doing great but walking a lot and starting having constant pain in Leg with the new knee. Coincidentally, I started taking the supplements, and I had no pain... I really didn't put it together until I ran out and didn't reorder, the pain in my knee returned the pain in my thumbs (arthritic pain) returned... I don't know if it's supposed to help with pain, but I won't go without this. It has made my pain disappear.

Started taking D3+k for EBV/Mono..I had a steady well being while taking..I ran out for 2 weeks, and it was such a huge difference..fatigue, down mood, and lathargy..I never realized how much it was helping me until I ran out..Take daily! Capsule is small, easy on the stomach too! I will not be without for me and my husband Great Product!
