As a dietary supplement, take two (2) tablets daily with 8-12 oz. of water on an empty stomach or as directed by a physician. This product is best taken 30 minutes apart from food.
Nattokinase and Bromelain are both enzymes that, when taken apart from food, act as systemic enzymes to support spike protein breakdown and healthy circulation. When this product is taken with food, these enzymes primarily act as digestive enzymes to break down food in the stomach, which reduces their systemic benefits.
