General Shipping Information

Processing Time

  • Supplement orders typically ship within two (2) business days.

  • Prescription (Rx) products require completion of a Medical History Form. After submission, a licensed provider will contact you within two (2) to three (3) business days to verify your information. Prescription approval is not guaranteed.

  • Rx orders ship only after prescription approval is completed and received by our partner pharmacy. Rx orders typically ship within two (2) to three (3) weeks after prescription approval, not from the date of purchase.


Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • Orders may be delayed due to discrepancies in payment and/or billing and shipping information.

  • Transit and delivery times may be extended due to inclement weather, carrier capacity issues, or other events outside of TWC’s control.

  • The Wellness Company (“TWC”) does not guarantee delivery dates or transit times.

  • TWC is not responsible for lost or undeliverable shipments due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout (including missing apartment numbers, incorrect street names, city, state, or ZIP code).

  • Address changes may be requested within two (2) hours of placing an order. Once an order has shipped, address changes are not able to be made.

  • Once a shipment is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

  • A shipment is considered lost only if there has been no carrier movement for fourteen (14) consecutive business days after shipment.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free Shipping Eligibility

  • Free shipping is available on supplement products, emergency kits, and Rx products shipped within the United States.

  • Wellness Farms meat boxes are not eligible for free shipping 

  • All orders require a physical address for shipping

  • TWC does not offer expedited shipping at this time.

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time without prior notice


International Shipping

Rx Availability

  • Rx products cannot be shipped internationally.

Supplement Availability

  • TWC ships supplement products to most countries worldwide.

  • Some products cannot be shipped to certain countries due to local laws or regulations. This includes Wellness Farm meat boxes.

  • TWC reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be shipped due to regulatory restrictions.

Shipping Details

  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and other factors.

  • International orders ship via International Economy. Carrier selection is at TWC’s discretion.

  • Estimated delivery time is seven (7) to twenty-one (21) business days from the shipment date, excluding customs delays.

  • A physical shipping address is required for all international shipments.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customer Responsibilities

  • The recipient is responsible for ensuring products ordered can be legally imported into the destination country.

  • All customs duties, taxes, import fees, and brokerage charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not controlled or determined by TWC.

TWC Support

  • TWC is committed to providing a transparent international shipping experience.

  • For select international orders, TWC may collect estimated duties and taxes at checkout to facilitate customs clearance; however, final assessments are determined by local authorities.

  • Customs policies vary widely; customers are encouraged to contact their local customs office for details.

If a Shipment Is Refused or Returned Due to Customs or Import Charges

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • A $15 restocking fee will be applied.

  • Any return shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.


To Avoid Delays Customers Should:

  • Provide an accurate phone number at checkout so carriers or customs authorities can contact you if necessary.

  • Not refuse shipments or ignore carrier communications regarding duties, taxes, or delivery attempts.

  • Be aware that most carriers will hold international shipments for five (5) days before returning them to the sender.


Refund Policy

  • Sales of supplements and other physical products are final, and returns cannot be accepted. 

  • Rx products are non-returnable once dispensed, except where required by law or in the case of verified defects.

  • TWC is not responsible for inaccuracies in shipping addresses, customs issues, or undeliverable shipments.

  • Any product quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery


Product Issues

If You Receive the Wrong Item or a Damaged Product, please contact customer service within seven (7) days of delivery.

For Damaged Orders, we require:

  • A photo of the damaged product including the shipping container

  • Lot number

  • TWC number

  • Expiration date

  • Name of carrier

For Incorrect Items, we require:

  • A photo of the product received including the shipping container

  • A photo of the shipping label

  • Lot number

  • TWC number

  • Expiration date

Failure to provide the required documentation may delay or prevent resolution
