30 Days, 6 lbs down. (Started 156, 5'4" for reference) This product is my new morning must have. I am normally controlled by my thoughts of food, I wake up wanting breakfast, then thinking about lunch and then always wanting chocolate in the afternoon and then starving by dinner. This product has wiped away that bad cycle and thought pattern. I find that I don't think about food until my stomach is truly hungry, which has eliminated my snacking and I now only eat two meals a day. I don't have that constant craving. I told someone it is actually very freeing! I feel freedom from that food focus and meals have become what they should be, a necessity and not an emotional fill or recreational event. I love the sublingual tab too. It tastes great and I look forward to kicking my day off with a coffee and my tabs (I upped to two). It's been a much needed product as I hit my mid 40s and weight doesn't come off like it used to. I wildly recommend!

I really like this product and wanted to share some of my thoughts at 30 days of use.
I always gain around 10-12 pounds between Sep-Jan every year, then I diet from Jan to end of April to get back into my healthiest weight. I eat well during this time year in and year out, and exercise often. As I have gotten a little older its been a little more tough to shed the 10 pounds I always put on in the holidays, but I have never wanted to get injectable weight loss drugs as I don't need the large doses, and don't want to be part of the inject cycle.
I started taking this product 30 days ago and really, it's so good! I take a mint in the morning and makes the end of my fast a breeze until noon. I eat a small lunch and can easily make it to dinner. My number 1 issue was late night snacking, and after a week on the product, I really have stopped all snacking past 7:30, I really don't even try, it just happens. Sticking to my diet really has been, well, easy!
On long road trips I always want a fast-food hamburger and fries and took a trip last week in the car for 6 hours, with 2 mints that morning, and honestly was never even tempted to stop and eat poorly. Easter was 2 days ago, and everyone in my family except for me was eating all kinds of junk candy, I did not even want it, and did not miss it.
