Booking an appointment with Quest Diagnostics is easy and requires minimal information. Your personal information is only used to validate your lab order with Quest, and all results are only available to you and your Wellness provider.
Booking an appointment with Quest Diagnostics is easy and requires minimal information. Your personal information is only used to validate your lab order with Quest, and all results are only available to you and your Wellness provider.
Step 1. Go to Quest Diagnostics and select "Schedule appointment". Note: you can follow this same link to view or change your appointment later: https://appointment.questdiagnostics.com/as-home
Step 2. Select "All Other Tests" as your reason for visit.
Step 3. Enter your zip code, city, address, or select the icon to identify the nearest Quest Diagnostics collection centers near you.
Step 4. Select a date on the calendar to show open appointment time slots on that day.
Step 5. Select your desired appointment time and click "Continue".
Step 6. Enter your name, date of birth, sex, and contact information. Important: Select “The person being tested doesn’t have insurance” for the Insurance section (Quest Diagnostics will not charge you for the lab). Then tap/click the “Continue” button.
Step 7. Review your appointment details and select "Schedule appointment"
Step 8. You should receive email and/or text confirmations of your appointment depending on your selection in Step 6. Proceed to your chosen Quest Diagnostics center at the time of your appointment and check-in at the kiosk. The Quest staff will have your test information in their “Quanum” test management system. The collection takes approximately 15 minutes.

After your appointment, your results can be viewed online via Quest – they will send you an email directly with instructions to create account. Note: this is not required, your provider will be able to retrieve, analyze, and explain your lab results regardless of whether you have a Quest Diagnostics account.
Within 1 week after your appointment, your Wellness Concierge will contact you to let you know that your Wellness provider has received your tests and schedule a follow-up virtual appointment.
