Chew one piece of gum for 5-10 minutes daily to allow for medication absorption then discard. Do not swallow.

Do not take with organic nitrates, nitric oxide donors, gluanylate cyclase stimulators, cobicistat, indinavir, saquinavir, atazanavir, ketoconazole, itraconazole, erythromycin or clarithromycin. Do not take if history of anginal chest pain after PDE5 inhibitor use or history of nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy. Consult with a medical provider for additional information.
